Services

Your coaching sessions will be a dynamic process by which your goals and aspirations will be the primary focus. My approach will be solution and strength focused. What that means is I won’t be looking at what’s wrong with you as much as what’s right with you!  Let’s find your strengths and build on that.

Each session will be broken down into addressing your customized plan of goals and objectives, tracking progress and teaching you new strategies and processes each session. You will have homework and assignments between meetings. By the time you complete the program you will have several new life skills.


 

Law of attraction course-One-on-one Coaching

This 8-session program is an in-depth, effective approach to help you move towards a desired, focused goal.

A more affordable option where I move you through a program with one or two others (they can be a friend or a colleague).

 
 

Focus Area Counseling

3 sessions per focus area

A dynamic process by which will learn positive psychology strategies to help you in the focus areas: Achievement, Relationships, Health and Vitality, Purpose and Meaning and Elevating Mood. People who want to concentrate on one or more of the above focus areas can create a customized plan. All Focus Areas

About My Law of Attraction Course

8 Session Program

If you have wanted to move in a certain direction in your life and find yourself stuck or stagnant; this course is for you.

My Law of Attraction Course and coaching methodology are inspired by the teachings of Abraham Hicks. In this course, I combine positive psychology, cognitive behavior therapy, and spirituality. I find using this approach to be extremely efficient.

Through this method, I connect people to the source and inspiration of their power and creativity. It is also one of the most effective ways to grow one’s spiritual nature.

I will teach you many hands-on tools and strategies that are easy to use. Each week you will be given “homework” which will help you cultivate these strategies. At the end of the program, you will understand your own behaviors, thoughts, and emotions in a completely new way, and utilize them to get you where you want to go.

As a clinician for 30 years, I find Law of Attraction counseling to be on the leading-edge of psychological growth.

What to Expect

We'll start with a brief phone conversation so that I can get a sense of the kind of support that you are looking for. I'll ask for some basic information to get to know you and also use this time to answer any questions that you might have.

The type of service will differ depending on your goals. We can review the services to ensure you are receiving the support and direction that you are looking for.

If it feels like we are a good fit for working together, we will schedule an initial session. Your sessions will be through Zoom conferencing which you can do in the comfort and privacy of your home.
